Definitions

Account Registration

4.4 Account Currency

Account Security

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jili196 account. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's KYC verification must be completed. jili196 targets a same-day withdrawal processing time for verified accounts submitting requests before 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after cutoff may be processed on the following business day.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

6.4 Fees

jili196 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway may impose their own transaction charges. jili196 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by your payment provider.

jili196 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 years and above only.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus credits. Only winnings derived from completing the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn as real money.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a regulatory direction or court order requiring account suspension or closure.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more).

Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jili196 reserves the right to forfeit all funds remaining in the account, including real-money balances and bonus credits. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure, inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

For disputes not falling within PAGCOR's remit, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

jili196 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili196 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page.
